It won't accept my e-mail address!

It is important to make sure you entered your e-mail address properly. If we don't have your real e-mail address, we won't be able to contact you to confirm your membership, or notify you of changes & updates. The e-mail field of the sign-up form will tell you if you have entered an invalid e-mail address. it must be something@something.something - example (smith@mailcompany.com). If it still won't allow you to enter your e-mail address, and you are sure it is in a valid format, try getting a free e-mail account from Yahoo.

I lost my password. Where can I retrieve it?

If you lost your login information, you may use the password retrieval form. You will be asked to enter the email address you used when you joined, or the credit card you used to sign up, and your user information will be sent to you via email.

I can not log in. Why?

There may be different reasons why you are unable to access the members section.

It could be for one of the following reasons:

1. You may have mistyped your login information. Make sure you used lowercases.
2. If you do not have a membership for this site. you can join now by filling the join form.
3. You forgot your password. You can get retrieve it by clicking HERE.
4. You are trying to access this site illegally.

How can I get a username and password?

You choose your own username and password when you sign up. (The site will tell you if it meets the requirement to be unique.) Your password will be e-mailed to you after you have successfully signed up. (Keep the e-mail for future reference in case you forget your username and/or password.)

How do I remove saved passwords in Internet Explorer?

If you change your password and want to automate your access to HotBox.com when using Internet Explorer, follow these steps:

1. In Internet Explorer, go up to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
2. Click the Content tab at the top.
3. Click the "Autocomplete..." button.
4. Remove checkmark beside "User names and passwords".

I hate SPAM! How can I get rid of this stuff?

Spam is a big annoyance for any Internet user. Hereare a couple of tips on dealing with Spam.

1. Never respond to Spam.Don't click the 'Remove' link unless it is from a big reputable company you know like Amazon.com orAmerican Airlines. Never reply to the Spam messageitself either.
2. Don't Post your Email address on your web site.If you have a website, don't post your email addresson it. Spammers collect email addresses from the internet.
3. Use A SPAM filter.Most companies like AOL, Yahoo!, and Hotmail have filtersthat can help stop SPAM. Manyof these companies have tutorials on how to set-up anduse these filters on their site.
4. Pick a funny email addressSpammers often guess your email address by trying out differentcombinations of common names. RobertSmith@Hotmail.com is easy for Spammers to guess. P19820606@Hotmail.com is harder.

No. We don't sell, rent or share our members personal information, including email address, to anyone outside of Dammo.com. We respect your privacy and keep your email address confidential. If you subscribed to our newsletter "Dammo.com Mail", you might contact you from time to time. However, if you get emails from Oil barons offering to share their wealth or promising to make your penis bigger, someone else is spamming you, not us.
